Falling Like Snow

it hasn’t all gone they way the we planned
but when I was down all I saw was your hand
to pull me back up and help me get started again
money and time; there’s never enough
but when I was thirsty you brought me a cup
and stopped for a moment
to make sure I wouldn’t give up

It fills the sky with hope
it’s falling like snow, it’s falling like snow
so that everyone will know life is for living
laughing, and giving and learning to love

envy and pride are sparks in the heart
and greed is the furnace that’s fueling the war
there is more than enough for the hungry and poor
so unclench your fists and open your hand
live like a miracle’s part of the plan
with peace on earth and goodwill
to every man

Hallelujah! hope has come
sing all ye angels, “Gloria!”

Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer

you know Dasher, and Dancer, and Prancer, and Vixen
Comet, and Cupid, and Donner, and Blitzen
but do you recall the most famous reindeer of all?

Rudolph, the red nosed reindeer, had a very shiny nose
and if you ever saw it, you would even say it glows
all of the other reindeer, used to laugh and call him names
they wouldn’t let poor Rudolph, join in any reindeer games

but then one foggy Christmas eve
Santa came to say
“Rudolph with your nose so bright,
won’t you guide my sleigh tonight?”

then all the reindeer loved him
as they shouted out with glee,
“Rudolph, the red nosed reindeer,
you’ll go down in history!”

Go Tell It On The Mountain

go tell it on the mountain, over the hills and everywhere
go tell it on the mountain that Jesus Christ is born

if you go, I will go, if you stay, I will stay
unto us a child is born, do not be afraid

céad míle fáilte romhat, a Íosa
céad míle fáilte romhat, a Shlánaitheoir
céad míle, míle fáilte romhat, a Íosa, a Íosa

glóir agus moladh duit, a Íosa, a Íosa
glóir agus moladh duit, a Íosa

a thousand welcomes to you, Jesus, a thousand welcomes to you

Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas

have yourself a merry little Christmas
let your heart be light
from now on our troubles will be out of sight

have yourself a merry little Christmas
make the yuletide gay
from now on our troubles will be miles away

here we are as in olden days
happy golden days of yore
faithful friends who are dear to us
they'll gather near to us once more

through the years we all will be together
if the fates allow
hang a shining star upon the highest bough
and have yourself a merry little Chirstmas now
and have yourself a merry little Chirstmas now
